In order to create this assignment I used the Sketch Up Software. First I used Google to find a picture of a gingerbread house that I wanted to base my work on. Then I used Sketch Up's features to help me design the gingerbread house. I used the push and pool to pull out the circles on my house, giving it a more fantasy look. I used the circles and pencil tools to design the other features of my house.

For assignment #22 I used the Sketch Up software in order to create all of my blocks. Then I used the rectangle and pencil in order to create the figure of my block. To give my block more texture and color I used the paint bucket to fill in my block.

Illustrator vs. Photoshop

Throughout this course we were able to learn a variety of software. From writing software to even 3-D software.  Adobe Illustrator is a very unique software known for its unique features.  Like Photoshop, they have a variety of similar features. Such as the drawing tools and different modes.  They are different because Illustrator, which works in animation, printing design, and even engineering. Photoshop is strictly for the use of photo manipulation. Illustrator allows you draw vector items which can pertain to math. Something that you are unable to do by using the Photoshop software.

In order to complete this assignment I used the Sketch Up Software. By using the front view, I wrote  my name. I used the freehand tool in order to create all of the letters more detailed. Then, I used the push and pool tool in order to make the letters of my name 3D.

In order to create this assignment I used the new Sketch Up Software. In order to make the shapes 3-dimensional I used the push/pull button. I changed the dimension of each shape making them 3D. Lastly, I labeled my work with my name and title.

In order to create this assignment I used the Sketch Up Software. First I changed the view to front side. Then I created basic 2D shapes, a triangle, circle, and rectangle. Last but not least, I labeled my assignment with my name and title.

In order to complete this assignment I used a new software. Instead of using the Adobe Photoshop Software we used the Adobe Illustrator Software. First I used the rectangle tool to design the shape of my USB drive. Then I made an oval and used the eclipse tool to combine both the rectangle and and the oval. Finally I added some final features making my USB look more realistic.

In order to complete this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. I used my picture from my last assignment and I incorporated the skills used in the last assignment with the new skills that I learned today. I added the filter and erased everything besides his skin. Giving it a soft new glowing texture.

In order to complete this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. First I searched online for a picture of one of my favorite actors. Then I wanted to change the color of his eyes. In order to do that I used the brush tool and created a new layer.I change his eye colors from blue to red.

In order to complete this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. First, I looked for a picture of an object that is always motion. From there I opened the file as a smart object. By using different  filters I made the train look like it was in motion.

In order to complete this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. First I looked for a picture of the artist I wanted to use. Then I used the brick layer and placed it over his face. I used a duplicate layer and displaced the image. Finally I cleaned up my work by erasing the background of the image using the eraser.

In order to complete this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. First I found a picture of the flag I wanted to edit. Then I googled a picture of a brick wall to use it as a background. I created a double layer where the brick wall became black and white. Finally I distorted the image giving it a unique look.

In order to create this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. First I found a picture of a pumpkin on Google. Then I used the Magnetic Lasso to cut out my pumpkin. After opening a new layer, i carved my pumpkin with a unique design. To give my pumpkin some texture I edit it using the layer panel. Finally I created a text saying trick or Treat.

In order to complete this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. For this project I used the previous skills that I have learned. I started with a gradient background, I customized my own with different shades of pink. Then I used the blending options to edit the pictures. I replaced the Chinese food for something healthier, berries. They help us fight cancer and chronic diseases. Finally I added different labels to advertise my product.

In order to create this assignment I used the Adobe Photoshop Software. First I searched online for a plain dress that I wanted to customize and design. Then I selected the dress and placed the texture over the dress. I replaced the color dodge layer with the soft light layer. It gave the dress a unique color and texture that made it stand out. By changing the opacity not only did the dress become lighter, but it gave it a warmer tone.

Second Marking Period

In order to create my flyer I used The Adobe Photoshop Software. First, I created a gradient background in order to make my flyer eye catching. Then I wrote the location where the club is taking place, the time, what the club offers and some pictures of what the club consists of. In order to make flier more interesting I used various effects from the previous lessons that we learned. I used the glass effect and the plastic effect. Then I wanted to create something new so I created my own custom effects. they consisted of drop shadow, inner shadow, outer glow, inner glow, bevel emboss, and the color overlay. Not only did my flier have color, but cool textures and it stood out, making the person want to come to the club fair.
